The great take I bring with me is the world I discovered.

Before we started coaching, my life was controlling me instead of me taking control. Procrastination, overthinking, and analysis paralysis were driving my life challenges. I was not finding the key to stopping, breathing, reflecting, and acting to change that. I was not even aware of my disconnection with my emotions and how my brain works and cheats me.

Looking back in retrospect, it’s like my brain needed to wear glasses to see things more clearly, and now I do. Of course, it takes a bit to get used to these new glasses, but I can do more things with them than before. Now, I have the tools to better enjoy my life and pursue my goals.

My experience with the coaching program was very pleasant. The video sessions made a difference to me. Some things I did which helped me achieve an even better outcome were preparing the sessions in advance with notes, re-watching previous sessions, and trying to be disciplined with the Progress Tracker. It’s motivating to see the evolution. It also forces you to do the exercise to ask yourself what should be your focus. It’s very important you understand this is work YOU have to do, not Cameron. He will help you in your journey, but it’s your work, your time, and your mind.
